About
Hannah is a kidlit author, represented by Kaitlyn Sanchez at Bradford Literary Agency. Hannah writes picture books that touch on the connections we form through friendship, family and language. She also writes middle grade novels.

She is an ELL teacher, and she teaches English to kids who already speak another language. She has the greatest students in the world!

She lives in New Jersey, right outside of Philly (where she lived for many years). When she's not writing, drawing or teaching, she's having dance parties with her kids, salsa dancing with her husband, or hiking with anyone who wants to come along.

Hannah is currently reading: Ferris by Kate DiCamillo, Crying in H-Mart by Michelle Zauner, and as many picture books as she can squeeze out of the library door (most recently fell in love with The Book that Almost Rhymed by Omar Abed/ Hatem Aly).

If you're an aspiring picture book author/illustrator, and you haven't checked out the 12x12 Challenge yet, you must! You can also find Hannah's very own "How I Got My Agent" blog post there!
